As we continue living in a world marked by the major changes brought in by this ongoing pandemic, there is a general sense that re-centering and adjusting our lives to the new circumstances is a core priority. However, in times of transition such as these, it can be a challenge for many to clearly (fore)see what exactly about our life plans needs some re-thinking. And yet, we know from previous life experiences that, when faced with uncertainty, life also offers a field of new possibilities for those willing to explore them. Would you like to join a group of 'pathfinders', and use the Wheel of Life as a compass to help you re-focus into what's most important for you in this new stage of life?
The Wheel of Life is a great, simple tool that enables you to draw a picture of where you are now regarding different areas of life, making it easier for you to then come up with an action plan towards a more balanced life and becoming who you truly wish to be. If you want to know more about it, just take a look at my article on the Wheel of Life and how I like to do it here.
While you can use this tool by yourself, many of us find it better when we are guided by a more experienced person that can steer the process, thus enabling us to better tap into our insights and knowledge regarding the best direction for our near future. By being in a group and sharing with your peers, this experience will provide participants with an even more enriching experience! As we continue living in times of physical distancing (though not necessarily social distancing), we crave for more and more meaningful experiences among like-minded people, where we can tap into our insights in search of a new path, get inspired, and refresh our will and motivation to forge ahead.
Hence, for the next 3 months, I will be organising a monthly free, interactive, online workshop - in English - on the Wheel of Life [paid sessions may follow in early 2021]. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wishes to quickly capture an overview of their life and its different dimensions, reflect on its overall balance and what actions can be taken (and even prioritized) based on your unique results.
I hope you choose to take charge of your life and join us in this process!
You can register in the form below.
Available Dates (all times CET):
- Wednesday, 4 November 2020, 16:30-17:30
- Friday, 4 December 2020, 16:30-17:30
- Wednesday, 6 January 2021, 16:30-17:30
Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 working days. A link for the meeting will be sent out a few days before each session.
Attending this online, interactive workshop will allow you to:
- Take a 'picture' of how your life is today;
- Identify which life areas might be in greater need of attention in your near future;
- Consider possible action steps to improve your wellbeing and happiness;
- Share your ideas and challenges with other participants and get some feedback too.
If you would like to join, just register below.
Please note: There will be maximum number of online participants. Registrations will be on a 'first come, first served' basis, but a waiting list will also be created. If after you have registered you can no longer attend, please let us know, so another person from the waiting list can use that opportunity.
If you would like to organise this workshop specifically with your family, friends or colleagues, just send me an email. We can discuss my fee and the best dates for it.
