Having Fun Alone

Many of us seem to have the impression that our life should be filled with busy and important aspects and that recreation is either a bad thing or a luxury. Indeed, 'Fun and Recreation' is by far the topic that most people tend to forget to include in their Wheels of Life. It's not at all compulsory to have it in, but somehow most of us tend to recognise that we should (or even deserved) to have identified it as a relevant area for our overall happiness. In most cases, it is quite essential! We need some good R&R time to recover our physical, mental and emotional energy. [You can also check my free, online workshops to learn how to draw your own wheel of life.]

During this period I have felt uncomfortable (or was not even allowed) to do some of my normal activities, so I have been trying a few new ideas as I continue to search for more. So, last week I made a post on Facebook that caught more attention than usual. I was simply struggling to find ideas about what I (and you) can do that is interesting and/or fun, alone, at home, and repeatable (more than once, regularly)? So I decided to ask my friends... and they replied (check the images below)!

Now, it's your turn. Help me, yourself and all those stuck at home to find some nice activities too!

Share your ideas below in the comments.

Thank you! I hope you can use some ideas yourself! 😊

Just to start it (again), here are a couple of ideas: Reading books and making jigsaw puzzles. Yes, you'll need several of them (books/puzzles) but options are unending and you can even swap them with second-hand ones.
