Helping multicultural teams and global leaders thrive

Whether your organisation is navigating rapid growth, increasing internationalisation, leadership transitions or multicultural collaboration, I help leaders and teams develop the mindset, communication skills and confidence to thrive.

From keynote talks to interactive workshops, leadership development programmes and executive coaching, every solution is tailored to your people, culture and business objectives.

When teams feel equipped to navigate change — a shift in leadership, the everyday friction of international collaboration, a stretch of organisational change — they don't just perform better. They bring more of themselves to the work.

That's the thinking behind everything I offer organisations: practical, evidence-based consultancy and training that helps teams and leaders perform at their best, seen through a multicultural and well-being lens — not just standard management theory.

I work with organisations on:

  • Team and leadership performance, through a multicultural and well-being lens — practical, evidence-based work that helps teams collaborate better and leaders lead with more clarity and confidence.

  • Cross-cultural collaboration — tools for multicultural and international teams navigating different working styles, communication norms and expectations.

  • Consultancy on specific organisational challenges — a solutions-focused, well-being-informed perspective brought to whatever your team or organisation is facing.

  • Individual leadership development — 1:1 coaching for leaders and high-potential employees, when that's the right fit alongside team-level work.

Please get in touch to discuss which service would best suit your organisation's needs — it starts with a free, no-obligation 30–40-minute Strategy Call about your situation, goals, and whether we're a good fit.

I've delivered coaching, training and workshops

for staff, teams and leaders at:

"Natalia delivered an outstanding work-life balance training for a truly diverse and international faculty members at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences that was both insightful and practical. Her expertise in helping expats and international professionals navigate their personal and professional lives abroad is truly commendable. The strategies she shared have been instrumental in enhancing our team's productivity and overall well-being.

Highly recommend her coaching services!"

Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences

"Natália delivered the workshop 'Building Your Mental Fitness' to our staff members, a multicultural group of academic and professional staff members of diverse age groups. It was a pleasure to collaborate with Natália on this.

Not only did she deliver an engaging and well-prepared, interactive session, she also actively supported us in finding and designing a suitable topic, covering various interests. Her flexibility, support and proactiveness made the preparation and organisation, as well as the post-workshop evaluation, a very smooth and easy-going process.

She strikes the perfect balance between sharing her expertise and knowledge, and being able to customise and create something that fits with your organisation's needs."

Maike Zürcher

HR Manager,

Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences

"I highly recommend Natália Leal as an outstanding speaker for training and workshops focused on cross-cultural understanding and communication. During the recent 'Bridging Cultural Difference' online workshop, which I attended [and co-organised] through Lean In NL, Natália delivered an exceptional experience that deepened my understanding of cultural dynamics and offered practical strategies for intercultural connection.

[…] As the speaker in a diverse, mixed-nationality group, Natália created a welcoming and inclusive virtual space that encouraged meaningful conversations among attendees from various cultural backgrounds. This diversity greatly enriched the experience, providing each of us with the unique opportunity to engage directly with people from other countries and expand our perspectives.

[…] Natália's warmth, expertise, and genuine passion for her work shone through every aspect of the workshop. […] I would highly recommend Natália Leal to any organization or community seeking to enhance cultural competency and support the success of international professionals."

Consultancy Services

For any business or organisation seeking expert advice on a specific challenge, brought through a multicultural and well-being lens rather than generic management theory.

Whenever it's the right fit, I use a solutions-focused coaching approach within the consultancy process to help you move from problem to plan.

Training

For teams at all levels — particularly where interpersonal and management skills have the greatest organisational impact.

Sessions are tailored to your organisation's context, challenges and goals, delivered at a location of your choice.

You can also combine modules from my existing training series to build the right programme quickly (contact me to discuss, or see existing workshops here).

"Very inspiring and useful workshop. I recommend to everyone"

(Melike A.)

Executive Coaching

Aimed at enhancing the leadership and management performance of an organisation's executives and high-potential employees. Coaching is especially valuable during a transition — a new promotion, a challenging interpersonal situation, or preparation for a larger role — and equally useful for resolving behavioural patterns that are getting in someone's way.

Sessions focus on building self-awareness, clarifying goals, and unlocking potential — working through limiting beliefs and behavioural or emotional patterns that are holding someone back, while I may also act as a sounding board.

Do you work with individuals, teams, or both?

Both. Most of my organisational work is with teams and groups — training sessions, workshops, and consultancy for a specific challenge. I also offer 1:1 executive coaching, usually alongside team-level work or for individual leaders navigating a transition.

What size groups do you typically train?

Sessions are tailored to your group — from small leadership teams to larger, mixed-department cohorts — typically 2–30 participants.

Do you deliver training online, in person, or both?

Both. Sessions are available online and in person, depending on what works best for your organisation.

What topics do you specialise in?

Leadership and management development, cross-cultural collaboration, and well-being and work-life balance — all approached through a multicultural and well-being lens, particularly relevant for international and multicultural teams.

Do you work with organisations outside the Netherlands?

Yes — I work worldwide and have already delivered workshops in multiple countries.

Do you partner with training providers or other organisations?

Yes — as an associate trainer delivering within your programmes, or through co-branded workshops. See "Are you a training provider?" below.

What happens on the Strategy Call?

It's a free, no-obligation 30–40-minute conversation to discuss your organisation's current situation and needs, assess fit, and explore what kind of tailored solution — training, coaching, consultancy or a mix — would work best for you.

The research behind my approach

The Work Happy Report 2017: The secrets of the happiest companies and employees.

This report reflects the results of a survey with more than 24,000 working professionals across eight countries.

"Is employee happiness pivotal to organisational success? Yes.

Is there a one-size-fits-all approach to fuelling happiness at work? No, as there are simply too many factors that influence each person’s happiness for such a guarantee.

But understanding the significant role that satisfaction and engagement levels play in your company’s success — and being willing to alter your approach to increase them — is a great start. Your efforts will have an effect. And you’re likely to see benefits across several fronts, including productivity, recruitment, and retention.

The bottom line is this: workplace happiness truly matters to your employees and to the long-term health of your organization; most importantly, you have the power to directly influence it. Good luck on your journey."

The Happy Manifesto: Make your organization a great place to work now

Henry Stewart, the founder of Happy, is the definitive guide for anyone who wants to transform productivity, loyalty, and innovation within their organizations.

"Imagine a workplace where people are energized and motivated by being in control of the work they do. Imagine they are trusted and given freedom, within clear guidelines, to decide how to achieve their results. Imagine they can get the life balance they want. Imagine they are valued according to the work they do, rather than the number of hours they spend at their desk.

Wouldn’t you want to work there? Wouldn’t it also be the place that would enable you to work at your best and most productive?"

Are you a training provider?

I'm open to exploring collaborations with training organisations — as an associate trainer delivering within your programmes, or through co-branded workshops that bring together your infrastructure and my specialism in leadership, cross-cultural collaboration and international careers.

If that sounds like something worth exploring, let's talk to see where we could build something together.
