Draw Your Wheel of Life: How to Do One and Use It

In a busy and accelerated world, often in transition, it can be a difficult to foresee the best path to achieve our present-day goals. Finding the time and the right tools to (re)center and adjust our lives is a challenge! Yet, we know that if we can pause for a moment, life offers a range of possibilities for those willing to explore them.

For the first time since January 2021, I will be organising a free, interactive, online workshop -- in English -- on the Wheel of Life. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wishes to quickly capture an overview of their life and its different dimensions, reflect on its overall balance and what actions can be taken (and even prioritized) based on your unique results.

Why should you care about registering and showing up for a workshop to draw some 'wheelly-thing'?!  

Here are a few considerations ;)

• This 'thing', the wheel of life (WoL), is a simple yet super-useful exercise;
• It will be guided by a professional (me), so all you need to do is show up and bring some paper and pencil ?? to enjoy it!
• By drawing your WoL (it will take just about 20 minutes) , you'll be able to capture ?? an overview of the current state of your life and the dimensions that matter most to you;
• By reflecting a bit on it (let's give it at least 15 minutes), you'll be able to assess whether your life today feels balanced enough or not AND what ?? actions you can prioritize to improve it.
• You get to ask me questions at the end.
• You will feel more confident about the best path to achieve your present-day goals
• You'll have learned a skill that you can use repeatedly in the future to guide your own life??  
• It is a fixed time in your agenda ? , so you won't have to think about when would be the best time to do it; just show up!
• It's free (and it does not come around often; it's my first one since January 2021)
• You'll be able to watch the recording later, even if you missed it live (as long as you register)
